A 50 lb. electric floor fryer in a 15.70" footprint — narrow enough to drop into a tight line slot or fryer battery. 12 kW of flat heating elements sit directly in the oil for fast heat transfer and quick recovery between drops.

The deep cold zone and forward-sloping bottom pull crumb clear of the elements to extend oil life, and a 1" drain valve with oil-draining extension makes shift-end cleanout fast.
