Product Details

Six separate electric hot plates and a full-size standard oven on a 36" footprint, for kitchens that need real cooking capacity on the line.

The 2.6 kW / 2 kW hot plate combination runs multiple pans at different heat levels at once, and the 26.6" oven cavity takes loads a 24" unit can't. Welded stainless frame with high-density insulation, independent oven controls, and adjustable legs to level into an existing line.
